DownloadFunda provides a tool to extract and download media files (images and videos) from public URL listings on funda.nl. The Service acts solely as a downloader utility. We do not host, create, or modify the content.

You acknowledge that the content (photos, videos, text) you download is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights owned by the respective real estate agents, photographers, or Funda.nl.

  • Personal Use Only: You agree to use this Service for personal, non-commercial archiving purposes only.
  • No Redistribution: You agree NOT to republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material downloaded via this Service.
  • Respect for Rights: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded material does not violate any copyright laws or the Terms of Service of the source website.
